At TechRex NP, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and safely all over Nepal. This policy explains our delivery process, timelines, and conditions in compliance with the E-Commerce Act 2081 (2025).
Inside Kathmandu Valley: Same-day or next-day delivery.
Outside Kathmandu Valley: Orders placed before 3 PM are dispatched the same day. Delivery takes 2–4 business days.
Remote Areas: Delivery may take up to 7 business days.
Note: Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier services, strikes, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping fees are displayed at checkout.
Shipping costs are non-refundable except when TechRex NP is responsible for delivering the wrong or defective product.
Orders are processed after confirmation and subject to product availability.
Pre-orders or special imports may take longer; estimated delivery will be communicated at the time of order.
Customers must provide accurate shipping details (name, address, phone number).
TechRex NP is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Customers must ensure they are available to receive the package on delivery.
While we work with trusted courier partners, TechRex NP is not liable for delays caused by:
Courier company issues
Strikes, natural calamities, or roadblocks
Remote area restrictions
In such cases, customers will be notified and delivery will be made at the earliest possible time.
Customers must provide unboxing video or clear photo evidence within 24 hours of delivery if claiming damage or missing items.
Without such evidence, TechRex NP may reject the claim.
Verified cases will be handled under our Refund & Return Policy.
Pre-ordered items are shipped once available.
Delivery timelines for pre-orders will be communicated individually.
Advance payments for pre-orders are non-refundable in case of cancellation by the customer, as per our Refund Policy.
